July 3: I have been trying to ship packages yesterday afternoon and today, but there is some sudden bug on the USPS website that will not let me pay for and print shipping labels. This is in addition to the fact that USPS is not sending tracking numbers to anyone for the past several months. Of course no one will try to fix the acute problem until Monday, and I’m not optimistic that they will do anything even then despite the fact that they say they’ve “escalated” the problem, hopefully to someone competent. I’ve spent a day and a half on the phone with their so-called tech people, who are as puzzled as I am. We have tried every sort of troubleshooting possible to no avail. We will get your packages sent out as soon as we can! Thank you for your tolerance of the delays.
