Order confirmations not sent to all customers

Lately it seems that many customers have not been receiving the automatically-generated order confirmations and/or the completed notifications when orders ship. This is a problem with coordination between the web hosting company and the WooCommerce interface. I cannot solve it myself, so am working with the hosting people to try to get things functioning normally again. It is unfortunate that every time some component is “updated”, other components of the system stop working.

The other issue is that USPS does not always send tracking info to customers as they should. They have been aware of this problem for months now, so I hope it can be fixed.

In this over-automated world, everything slowly becomes less efficient.
