RECOVERING FROM THE JULY SALE

First of all, a big thank-you to everyone who ordered during the July sale! We received many more orders than we anticipated, some of them quite large. We are trying to power through processing orders in the sequence received, to the extent that this is possible. During the course of the sale, we eventually started running out of things, including stock, bottles, boxes, packaging supplies, and raw materials. Most things could be ordered to arrive in a reasonable time, but we have had to improvise with a few things related to packaging, and there were unavoidable delays as I had to make new batches of popular fragrances. If you placed very large orders or ordered custom items, you may still be experiencing delays. If this is the case, please be patient.

I would like to emphasize that if you or your friend/familymember/designated delivery person are leaving the US on a certain date, you need to place your order well ahead of time and let us know the date by which your package needs to arrive. We will do everything we can to get your package to the recipient by the desired date.
