A WORD ABOUT TURNAROUND TIMES

Once again, I would like to emphasize that we are a small team, doing everything in-house. As a consequence, turnaround times are variable, depending on the volume of orders, whether specific fragrances are in stock or not, and the availability of our team members to process orders. Some orders may ship right away, others may take significantly longer.

IMPORTANT: If you must receive your order by a certain date because you are only in the US for a short time, it is essential that you let us know the date by which you will leave. If it seems unlikely that we can ship to arrive by your deadline, we will cancel and refund your order.

If you need an item for a special occasion, you must let us know at the time you place your order, preferably by sending an email stating the date needed. We process orders in the sequence received unless you have requested expedited processing, so we may not see a note until we reach your order in the stack. We try to make sure customers receive their orders in a timely way, but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date especially if you do not tell us the date and why you need your order by then.
