I have been working continuously, 12-16 hours a day, throughout this year, and it’s time to take a break before teaching starts again. Michael and I will be travelling out of the country from September 14-24, during which time I will be offline, so nothing will ship during that time. Our team at home will still be downloading your new orders and working to assemble them for shipping along with the pending orders in the current queue, so you can place an order as usual. If you check the status of your order, there is a bug in the website that causes some paid orders to be marked “on hold”, but you can rest assured that if you have paid for your order, it will be processed and shipped. You should still receive the automatic order confirmation emails at the email address you put on your order.
