I’m really sorry to have to write this, but international shipping seems to be in chaos right now. Several shipments have had the address changed by the postal service while en route, some appear not to have been scanned properly for tracking, and I just learned yesterday that a package addressed to Canada ended up in Puerto Rico! That address wasn’t changed – Canada is clearly still on the tracking info. The problem is not just with the USPS, which is typically reliable. Some things that have been shipped to me via UPS never were delivered.

I blame it on excessive automation and AI systems with no human oversight. Maybe some of these glitches can be corrected, but until then, there will be no international shipping to individual customers. I know this is frustrating for everyone, but that’s the way the world is this year.

I have had to delete my other post to this effect because it had suddenly started to attract a lot of spam. The bottom line is that domestic shipping of a single sample costs between $5-6, so the $3.00 cost of the sample does no even cover postage. I have arbitrarily decided on a $6.00 minimum purchase to at least cover the cost of postage. Singe sample orders will be refunded and cancelled.
