Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our limited refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you any type of refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original paper wrapping, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged.

We only refund, replace, or exchange items that are defective, damaged or sent by mistake. We do not replace items that you used and simply decided you do not like. We provide a comprehensive selection of samples, so you should sample and purchase mindfully rather than blind buy.

No returns or exchanges on international orders.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items such as soap and body balm
  • Perfume that has been used. This includes “only one spray”.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you think you should have received a refund but think you did not, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or PayPal because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective, damage, or sent by mistake. We do not exchange fragrances that you tried and decided you do not like. If you need to exchange a return for the same item or a different item, send us an email at info@olympicorchids.com and follow our instructions on returns.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, if it is accepted. If the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was a gift sent to you by someone else, they would need to contact us to determine whether it can be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: Olympic Orchids, 21115 Elberta Rd, Unit 1, Lynnwood, WA 98036.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
