By placing an order, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Before you check out and pay, please double-check your order and make sure that it is correct. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes made by the customer with regard to item, size, format, or other parameters. If there is a confirmed mistake in your order (i.e., if the item you received was not what you ordered), it is your responsibility to notify us directly within 7 days of receipt of the order, explaining the discrepancy and documenting it with photos if possible. Such cases would be resolved on an individual basis.
2. We do not accept returns of perfume or other products that have been opened and (presumably) used. We offer a wide variety of testing options, and it is your responsibility to make sure that you like a fragrance before you order a full bottle of any size.
3. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of packages because an erroneous shipping address was entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information and if it is wrong, notify us as soon as possible!
4. When your order ships, you will always be sent an automatically-generated notification with the USPS tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the message with the tracking number to be sent. It is your responsibility to report in a timely way any anomaly in transit or delivery. You should report shipping problems both to the USPS (or your local postal service) and to us. We cannot be responsible for the safe and timely transit and delivery of packages once they are out of our hands.
5. For all international orders there is a $20 minimum purchase to cover the cost of shipping a small package weighing less than 200g. All international full bottle orders are subject to an additional shipping fee, which must be paid before shipment can occur.
6. International shipments using the flat rate are limited to no more than 4 x 100 ml bottles or the equivalent weight (<1 kg). If you submit a larger order, you will be contacted to arrange for extra shipping charges or shipment to a forwarder with a US address. All international shipping, both directly and via a US forwarder, is entirely at the customer’s own risk. The customer is responsible for any and all duties, fees, or taxes that may be imposed by the country of destination. All international purchases are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
7. Payment for goods and shipping must be received in full before any order is shipped.
8. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries, to third parties, and to addresses that are different from the billing address associated with the payment method used.
9. Once an order has been received, we cannot guarantee that any additions, deletions, or other changes can be made. If you wish to modify your order, the sooner you contact us the higher the probability that it will be possible to do so.
